Leaving Triacastela – Route Options: Do not take the left route to Samos. DO take the right option to A Balsa. Warning! Although there may be seasonal places open along the way, the next guaranteed place for food and water is in Furela in 9.6km/6mi.
After Samos (Pass Foxos, and in Teiguin, the camino splits. You can stay on the road all the way to Sarria, but the connection to Aguiada is recommended. Road to Sarria: 8.8 Km / via Aguiada 12.6 Km
