Spain Travel Health Portal: Submit 2 days prior to arrival in Spain.
Effective June 24, 2021, U.S. citizens can travel from the United States to Spain if they present upon arrival in Spain a QR code generated through the Spain Travel Health portal, obtained through the website or by downloading the “SpTH app” in Google Play Store or iTunes App Store for each traveler, regardless of their age.

If you arrive in Spain from another country, you should know that it is compulsory to fill out and sign the Health Control Form (FCS in Spanish) associated with your trip, for all passengers, including international transits. You may begin to fill out the form at any time, prior to your trip, except for the sections corresponding to health questions and travel history, which will be available 2 days before your arrival in Spain. Once the form is completed, a QR code will be generated, which is essential to be able to enter Spain.

Make sure you have the QR code generated by SpTH to be able to make your trip.

To enter Galicia: Viajeros Coronavirus form (Travelers Coronavirus) Within a maximum period of 24 hours from arrival in the Autonomous Community of Galicia, regardless of whether or not it presents symptoms compatible with COVID-19.
