Tomorrow’s going be a hard one for me. I better get myself out of the door earlier! 24.5 km /15+ miles. 1,200 ft elevation gain then a steep 3,035 ft descent.

October 3 Rabanal del Camino Arrival

I’ve arrived in my “tonight” village. Lodging is down the street. As in THE street. I am barely in the village and hanging outside a bar/Mercado. 14 days to Santiago. That includes two rest days. There’s a mountain in there, folks. I’m finishing day 27 today.
The dirt trail was a welcome change!

2km from the stop for the day, but taking advantage of a roadside truck. Coke time! Pilgrims. This fellow is Italian. I’ve seen him off and on my entire walk. He started 3 days after me.
